We have a habit of recommending what is best to keep your business running its best. This does not mean you have to buy things from us, either. We are always happy to get products you may require, but not at the cost of slanting our recommendations, so feel free to shop around after the consultation.

From server upgrades to backup systems, we want you to be informed! Even if you just have a simple question to ask, feel free to do so.
Remote On-Site Assistance
Ever have a problem that you just know could be solved quickly should a technician be standing over your shoulder? We can help! Our experienced technicians can guide you through many problems that can occur, right over the phone. Don't worry about trying to explain what that error message looked like, or figure out how to describe the problem. We can log in to your machine (with your help and permission, of course) and see what the problem is. Usually we can fix the problem right away. In the rare situations where the problem is too difficult or risky to fix remotely, we will let you know, and schedule an onsite appointment for a live professional to take care of the problem. Please remember to make backups of your most precious data, and make them often. The last thing anyone wants is for you to loose anything important. Also, we do not like the idea of poking around on your computer without a safety net.
On-Site Business Assessments & Protection
Our free on-site business assessment is perfect for any growing small business that is not interested in learning how to fix and upkeep their computer systems. We will come in to your business, make a thorough examination of your IT infrastructure, and generate a presentation that will easily show how we can help keep your business moving forward. There are no obligations during the business assessment, and no fees will be charged. Our goal is to get an idea of how we can help. 
Once we finish the assessment, the information is examined and compiled into a brief, but effective presentation for your eyes only. If you are not interested beyond the presentation, no problem, we can still help on a call-by-call basis. We find that most of our assessments meet the needs of the businesses due to their salability and offer superior protection against the most troubling situations. Once we get the protection agreements in motion, a simple phone call resolves almost any problem without any additional worry from you.
In addition to problem management, our protection agreements include regular system maintenance to keep your business machines running at peak efficiency. During any given month, our techs will come in, preferably during low-volume times, to perform regular checkups, analyses, and gather data for ongoing trouble free operation of your business. We will also perform several simple maintenance tasks remotely, usually during off-hours of your business, to maintain a "well-oiled-machine" business approach.
Emergency Response
When a catastrophe occurs with your business computer systems, we offer an emergency response option. These are usually included for our protection agreement partners. During these times, getting your systems back up and running in a timely manner can make all the difference. Be sure to ask about our emergency response option next time you speak to one of our technicians. As always, if we are not able to meet an emergency response schedule, then you will not be charged for one.
Near-Zero Downtime
Another benefit to being a Miridium Microsystems partner, is our Near-Zero Downtime program. Included in most protection agreements, our Near-Zero Downtime program is truly in a league of its own. With this option, we keep an image of your most important computer system(s) on hand, ready to install it on a spare computer. During a crunch, we can install this image and bring the temporary system to you, transfer any work data we can get, and set it up for regular working schedules. Once your temporary system is up and running, we will take care of the problem computer quickly and efficiently.
This type of service is difficult to accomplish without plenty of planning, so make sure you call us to perform a free business assessment before any major problems occur. Once we get the information we need to make an image, we will test the copy and store it in a safe and secure environment. Each image is individualized for every customer. This way we can be sure it works how you need it to.
